American Ballet Theatre Partners with Brooklyn Ballet

American Ballet Theatre's JKO School and Brooklyn Ballet School will forge a new partnership this year based on Brooklyn Ballet's track record of recruiting talented students through its Elevate program and providing these students with pre-professional training. Our Elevate students have gone on to study and dance with major dance institutions.

Through this partnership:

-Brooklyn Ballet's faculty will become certified with ABT's National Training Curriculum free of charge

-ABT will give an annual master class at Brooklyn Ballet and award one or more scholarships to their Summer Workshop for Young Dancers

-ABT will provide 50 $10 tickets to their Nutcracker performances at BAM to Brooklyn Ballet's low income families
