Asia Yiu

Asia Yiu is a professionally trained ballet artist, and educator who began her training at Ballet Tech, studying under teachers from diverse backgrounds, who helped shape her into a versatile artist.

She continued her studies through the American Ballet Theatre Collegiate Program and Manhattan Youth Ballet’s Summer Intensive, refining her technique and her artistry across both classical and contemporary forms. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Communication, building her skills beyond the dance studio. Asia teaches repertoire at Ballet Tech and adult ballet classes at the 14th Street Y, and has performed at The Joyce Theater, The New Victory Theater, and The Minskoff Theatre, appearing in works with Ballet Tech, Public Works, and Broadway Serves. She also appears in the Amazon Prime Video series Étoile, her television debut. This season, Asia is thrilled to join Brooklyn Ballet in performing her first-ever production of The Nutcracker.
