Our School
Our Mission
Brooklyn Ballet School strives to create access to dance education, fostering a community where students can thrive.
About the School
Brooklyn Ballet School is a classical ballet conservatory and community dance center offering pre-professional training and recreational classes for children, teens and adults in the heart of downtown Brooklyn.
Rooted in the rich tradition of classical ballet, our school is committed to nurturing dancers at every level.
Our comprehensive curriculum provides equitable access to high level dance training in an inclusive and supportive environment. Our year-round programs, summer intensives, and masterclasses are led by world-class faculty and guest artists from Brooklyn and around the world. In partnership with Elevate, our in-school residency program, the School offers merit and need-based scholarships to promising students to continue their training.
