Calista Olson

Calista Olson is a professional ballerina and versatile performing artist with a strong foundation in the Balanchine technique.

She trained for four years at Miami City Ballet, under the guidance of renowned teachers and performed works from the Balanchine repertoire. Her summer training includes programs at the Pacific Northwest Ballet, Rock School, Ballet West, and the School of American Ballet.

Calista is currently an online student at the University of Florida on a full scholarship, continuing her academic growth on the side. Following Miami City Ballet, Calista danced five seasons with Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami, performing a wide range of repertory from neoclassical and Balanchine to contemporary works.

Afterward, she spent a year freelancing across the U.S., expanding her artistry into jazz, go-go, cabaret, and aerial dance, showcasing her adaptability and stage presence across genres and venues.
